Backordered Items: We will notify you if an item in your order has been delayed due to product availability. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive at our shop and customer is responsible for additional shipping charges if the order is shipped in parts.

Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. We offer a Free Economy Shipping on orders over $50. We have other shipping options available in the checkout section. Delivery takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. If you need a fast shipping, please contact us first to find the best option for your needs. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. While we make every effort to ensure you are getting the product you ordered, mistakes can happen.  We are an employee owned business making custom, made to order, products.  Because we want to make sure you are completely satisfied we will always replace any order with a mistake from our shop.  Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds. If you order has not gone into production yet, we can offer you a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order that has been Paid, a restocking fee of 40% of the purchase price of the item(s) will apply. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days. You must send your unused hats back for us to replace for re-application to the same hats unless the actual hat is damaged. At that point we will use a new hat.

To complete your exchange, we require photos of the defective or damaged hats.

Since these are laser engraved that involves charring the leather, we use a leather sealant to help seal the char in while adding a beautiful gloss finish. To avoid smudging we advise to please avoid rubbing the engraved artwork. The char will settle in but when you first open your box just take in the beauty. While leather can get wet, please avoid washing even with a proper hat cage for your washing machine. We offer very affordable prices on our hats so when one is done…get a new one.
